Building ventures
I originate, shape, and scale new businesses - from early thesis through commercial structure, operating model, and growth. I have done this across digital infrastructure, operational software, and AI-native platforms, and I bring that direct experience into every conversation about building something new.

Repositioning businesses
I work with founders and leadership teams who know their business is capable of more but are stuck in a position that undersells it. The work is about finding the clearer, more defensible version of what already exists - and building the narrative and structure to match.

Strategy & capital
I work at the point where strategic direction and capital intersect. That means investor narrative, commercial restructuring, fundraising readiness, and the decisions that determine whether a business becomes a valuable, scalable asset or stays subscale.

The AI economy
The structural shift happening in business right now - AI replacing workflows, not just improving them - is something I think and write about seriously, and something I have built around directly. I engage with boards, leadership teams, and founders on what it means for their specific business, not as a technology question but as a strategy and value question.
