Enterprise leadership
My leadership foundation was built inside BG Group and British American Tobacco, working across complex multinational organisations, regulated markets and international transformation programmes. The experience established the disciplines that continue to shape my work: institutional governance, capital accountability, organisational leadership and execution across multiple markets.

Business building
I have helped create new businesses inside established organisations and taken direct responsibility for rebuilding and scaling founder-led companies. This has included incubating digital infrastructure ventures, turning around a failing healthcare business, developing new technology products and transforming a local company into a regional multi-product platform.

Transformation and growth
Much of my career has been spent in organisations facing an inflection point. The work has ranged from post-acquisition integration and portfolio restructuring to operating model redesign, international expansion and the professionalisation of businesses preparing for investment.

Technology and commercialisation
Technology has been a recurring capability throughout my career, but never the objective in itself. I have used digital platforms, software, data and AI to create products, improve economics, change how organisations operate and open new sources of growth.

I am based in London and have worked extensively across the United Kingdom, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, North Africa and North America. My career has required me to operate across multinational corporations, government-linked institutions, regional family businesses, investment environments and founder-led companies. This has developed an ability to translate between different markets, ownership structures and organisational cultures without losing sight of commercial execution.
